naimtag is an event platform operated by [AiHello LLC / legal entity name] ("naimtag," "we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: support@naimtag.com.
Organizers (organizations that run events on naimtag) and Attendees (people who register for or attend those events). Organizers control attendee data for their events; naimtag processes it on their behalf and for the limited purposes below.
Organizers: name, work email, organization, billing details, and content you create (events, sessions, notifications). Attendees: name, email, and any profile details you choose to add (role, group, interests, photo), plus event activity — check-ins, session attendance, badge scans, poll and survey responses, and challenge progress. Device data: browser type, approximate location from IP, and usage logs for security and reliability. Push tokens if you opt in to notifications.
When you scan another attendee's badge, or they scan yours, a connection is recorded and each of you can see the other's profile. When you scan an exhibitor or partner badge, that partner receives your name, organization, role, and email as a lead. Scanning is always a deliberate action and constitutes consent to share that information with the scanned party.
We use automated analysis, including large language models, to suggest introductions and to flag attendance gaps for organizers. These features use only event data (profiles, sessions, check-ins). They do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, and organizers can disable them per event.
To run the event experience; to let organizers manage attendance and communications; to provide analytics to organizers about their own events; to secure the platform; to improve the product using aggregated, de-identified data; and to communicate with you about your account. We do not sell personal information.
With the organizer of the event you attend (they are the data controller for their event); with partners you deliberately scan; with service providers who host, store, send email and push, and process payments; and where required by law or to protect rights and safety. Organizations' data is isolated from one another on the platform.
Organizer accounts: for the life of the account plus a reasonable wind-down period. Attendee event data: as long as the organizer keeps the event, and the organizer can delete it. Backups roll off on a fixed schedule.
Attendees can edit or delete their networking profile, opt out of the directory, decline push notifications, and request a copy or deletion of their data by contacting the organizer or support@naimtag.com. Organizers can export and delete event data from the dashboard.
naimtag is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Events for collegiate members involve adults; organizers are responsible for confirming attendee eligibility.
Encryption in transit, per-organization data isolation enforced at the database, function, and application layers, access controls, and automated isolation testing before releases. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to support@naimtag.com.
We will post updates here and, for material changes, notify organizers by email. Effective September 2026.
